In my appraisal practice, I specialize in valuing complex and high-end residential real estate, so it’s only natural that as a Broker Associate, I draw upon that experience to give my clients every advantage possible.
I’ve spent twenty years appraising L.A.’s Westside, and as respectable period of time as that is, it’s not the amount of time, rather, it’s the vantage point from which that experience was earned that distinguishes my services.
Being an expert at the processes and communications that take place between valuation and underwriting gives me and my clients a pronounced transactional advantage that can result in better marketing strategy, clearer pricing considerations, stronger negotiations, and an overall smoother transaction.

By identifying relevant issues that will likely require attention during the course of the transaction, I am able to be proactive about addressing them in advance.
Anything from easements to the contributory value of equestrian facilities, I compile, analyze, and contextualize market data, providing difficult-to-refute context to the appraiser and mortgage underwriters, as well as other participants in the transaction, saving time, and money, and maximizing the desired result.
I believe it’s wonderful how powerful a tool simply speaking the language can be. Being able to effectively communicate the reason for our terms in a manner that is persuasive helps to unify transactional participants.
